Trust Me I'm A Banker? Or Trust A New Banker! "Ethical Bank"

What the the informed know and understand during these cycles, is that unique, desirable, aspirational, prime, ocean frontage, country estates, must have examples historically still perform. Ultimately they stand the acid test of time. One Banker for example advised and informed me they accessed their entire investments portfolio over a period of ten years, the last decade and clearly their ocean frontage investments by far out performed any other investment within their portfolio. We are not purely talking bricks and mortar asset classes either, all other types of investment were calculated. I've devised an austerity package and it's for shareholders and depositors, the real people that take the risk. By entrusting their hard earned cash and savings, plus pensions with somebody else. I've continually asked the question and continue to ask the question "What Value Do Banks Really Have?" For if we really assess their true performance over the past decade, very little in actual fact has sustainably and economically been truly and meaningfully accomplished! Prudence, caution and conservatism has gone out of the window. Too much emphasise is placed on individuals, stars, traders who take a speculative punt with other peoples money. CEO's are described as Entrepreneur when they should be the shrewdest of bean counters. My interpritation of an Entrepreneur is Barrow Boy who started with nothing and made something out of that nothing. In my mind the intrinsic value that banks have are sophisticated automated systems to speedily process other peoples money. Not intelligent, bright, sophisticated individuals who have clearly failed the aptitude and competency test.
So if it's our money that effectively saved the day, why is it we do not have access to our assets? And why do banks still take top heavy fees? Plus reward themselves with ridiculous bonuses and salaries? For example by creating a syndicate of investors and depositors, they share the overall classes of the assets we acquire, for and on their behalf, whilst taking a modest or humble fee. For in essence without our money banks have not historically created the true value they were devised and created to achieve and maintain, social, economic, environmental responsibility and community harmony. Surely it's plain to see their fees, perks, salaries and empires are unsustainable. The only viable way to reform banking is by creating other banks that lead by example, reform the dinosaurs who are not only devouring the World but have now ended up devouring each other and themselves! Less is more value, for shareholders, depositors and the Banking system.
I believe the World is screaming out for an honest, ethical, valued and principled brand. An "Aspirational Eco Environmentally Iconic Sustainable Brand" that leads by example, valuing it's shareholders and depositors, plus rewarding them, more so recognising and honouring their invaluable contribution. Beyond it's employees and or principals, quite a rarity in this day and age, away from the self serving culture!!! A simple method I've devised rewards pledge holders through bricks and mortar, plus land security. In value terms via title and deeds, which in essence through this syndication or co-operative sets a precedent and a theme, plus indicative value against certain asset classes identified to be acquired. Again forget valuation it's only a guide or a gauge, not a 'cast iron guarantee' that prices will not fall. "Something is worth what somebody is prepared to pay for it" assuming they are not mortgage or finance dependant?"
Too boot, we also intend to provide stocks and shares, a 2nd asset class by the same token. Thus giving pledge holders two tradable commodities, therefore rewarding and incentivising the real benefactors and beneficiaries the shareholders and depositors. Not the employees or principals which none of these sophisticated transactions would be possible without investor or depositor funds. Take for example, hypothetically if there were 100 potential pledge holders who contributed towards a syndicate or co-operative that looked to acquire parcels of land within a scheme, whilst commissioning an entity to tailor and bespoke an energy efficient home within a project that potentially became or aspired to become a green community totally self sufficient and sustainable from cleantech and renewable energy. Those 100 people would then therefore set a precedent and a theme, plus indicative value via comparable and like for likes that do not exist!!!
