What If Donald Trump Was Not A Dinosaur? "With Prehistoric & Antiquated Ideas (Perhaps A Socially Responsible Entrepreneur)

Like many other Scottish people I've watched the entire process, If only there had been "Due Process" not the razzmatazz & cavalcade, plus propaganda & bavado, mainly steared via the "Magician Houdini". With the promise of rainbows & pots of gold at the end of that imaginary rainbow. "All that glitters isn't gold". After all the pirate yellowbeard or rather yellowhead will not share his gold doubloons & treasure with anybody except his merry band of pirates, who are robbing us all of our own god given right to create, evolve & mature ourselves. Whilst maintaining & preserving our ecology, protecting our fragile environment & doing it in a truly sustainable & pure manner.

When Scottish people reflect & contemplate the lack of their engagement in the process, whether it be for pure & responsible environmental reasons, or social implications and or the meaningful aspect of supporting your indigenous folk & community, plus sustainable economic aspects & reasons. Question, does this really sow the seed? reap the harvest? & ring Scotland's till? Is it also acceptable to use CPO "Compulsory Purchase Order" evicting people from their homes, for a private enterprise & already hugely controversial individual & development? That has not left us with the same impression, as when we first met it's maker!

The national grid like the national rail network is under-capitalised & under invested, factually correct! What seems illogical & totally irrational to me & many others, when you logically question & evaluate the situation. 500 executive houses, 950 condominiums, 400 bedroom hotel "Well hello national grid" more burdensome problems heading your way & swept under the carpet for future generations to worry about. Surely if we embraced cleantech & renewables admittedly more capital intensive, we solve the problem right here right now. Yes investing in low-carbon technology costs money upfront. It's also true, though, that many investments in clean technology reap savings later.

The up-front capital expenditures for wind, solar, "I've omitted nuclear" from the equation "Need I explain why?", and other low-carbon technologies are large. But operating costs are much cheaper than using fossils fuels (and I'm not even including the costs of climate change from carbon emissions, which have long been socialised).

That still doesn't make the transition a freebie, but it makes it much cheaper over time. McKinsey has run the numbers. Global net incremental capital expenditures for a clean energy future are significantly lower than upfront capital investments, once we consider operational cost savings. These operational cost savings could, in fact, be called "opportunities." But that's not what the Pew report has in mind. It refers to the actual costs.

Therefore I have formed a Co-operative/Consortium like motive operandi applying inherent value and intrinsic value towards it current pledgeholders, future shareholders and anticipated investors. Beyond the mere principle value of itself and Co-operative/Consortium Partners, who share the same values and principles towards executing, performing and delivering overwhelming and unconditional current pledgeholders value, future shareholders and anticipated investors value and returns, beyond mere monetary values and principles but more importantly Ecological and Environmental dividends and returns. Towards making a substantial and prolific difference, through evoking, plus provoking necessary change in attitude, behaviour, culture towards the ecology, environment and the built environment.
