Benchmark Of Tangibility?

What is tangible? It's quite interesting when confronted by this objection, you should be doing something more tangible or provide something more tangible! I now revert or throw back that question and ask what do you base or perceive, even consider as being tangible? please do give me an extensive or elaborate example! Not surprisingly there never seems to be an intelligent enough answer or reply. Surely I say, if you evaluate a perception of what was previously assumed or presumed to be tangible that is clearly no longer the case and a false perception. Really think about this what is truly and utterly tangible?

A very recent lengthy discussion and thoroughly enjoyable conversation with a 'Principal' of a substantial and substantive overseas investment entity also covered the topic of principle's. Surely with principle's the fundamental truth or proposition that serves as the foundation for a system of belief or behavior or for a chain of reasoning but also if the basis of that principle is valued, both socially, economically, plus environmentally and is authentic it can be upheld, maintained, cherished and valued. Therefore the presumption and assumption I calculate by my own personal tangibility is upholding and maintaining thick, sticky principle's, thus valued and subsequently resulting in something tangible!

Being the change you want to see in the World and making a difference after catastrophic errors in judgement or mislead even misguided directions would seem or you would presume was an extremely easy process but here comes the ah but. What if even after failures, faults and lost ideologies, countless losses the set of ideas that constitutes one's goals, expectation and actions are still being held onto. The comprehensive economic dirty, filthy, unhealthy, and harmful development model, continues to be rolled out and carries on irrespective. As surely their principle is carry on regardless of the evidence, impact, hazards or consequences.

The necessary changes that quite drastically need to be made towards the built environment paradigms have a further detrimental affect towards the archaic smoldering methodologies via an old burning fire that some say should never have been given the fuel it required to carry on and continue burning. Quite ironic really that the necessary changes urgently required are controlled by fire-starters. I'm the troubled starter, punking instigator. I'm the fear addicted, danger illustrated. I'm a firestarter, twisted firestarter, you're the firestarter, twisted firestarter. I'm the bitch you hated, filth infatuated. My conclusion of tangibility, will it make money? when will it make money? Is it secure/safe, does it offer security? But most of all does it offer longevity, in a time far far away from here? If the answer is yes to all three scenarios I conclude and surmise, plus summarize it is therefore extremely tangible!!!

But above all, if the basis of its principle is valued both socially, economically, plus environmentally and is truly authentic it is therefore 'Priceless'

Scholars and Academics, Historians, Physicists, Psychiatrists through to various Professionals from different specialist areas and fields and Business People, plus ordinary folk will be involved in the process and partake via interviews. Wishing to contribute towards making a meaningful difference, evoking, plus proving significant change for the better of us all.

Thinking out of the box

Therefore I have formed a Co-operative/Consortium like motive operandi applying inherent value and intrinsic value towards it current pledgeholders, future shareholders and anticipated investors. Beyond the mere principle value of itself and Co-operative/Consortium Partners, who share the same values and principles towards executing, performing and delivering overwhelming and unconditional current pledgeholders value, future shareholders and anticipated investors value and returns, beyond mere monetary values and principles but more importantly Ecological and Environmental dividends and returns. Towards making a substantial and prolific difference, through evoking, plus provoking necessary change in attitude, behaviour, culture towards the ecology, environment and the built environment.
