Or so one would have thought? I created an allocentric brand that emphasizes more about the people it will serve on our Planet via the Global Community than itself "QU" for the people by the people. All be it that some might be quite famous, never the less we're all human beings. Some more responsible than others irrespective of status. ARK by applying and implementing unique and innovative ideas via Architecture Responsibility Kudos with the aided and abetted help of some rather clever but clean disruptive technologies.

We have quite an eclectic mix within our team who span from all over the Globe "Cosmopolitan Bunch" and I hope this grows via other talented, skilled, dynamic but more to the point imaginative and extremely creative people, who recycle the box most are confined within after they have smashed out of it and think laterally with huge amounts of divergent thinking. Picture in your mind the characters of "Wacky Races" Who's Muttley wheezily snickering initial M? See if you can guess who's the other characters are as they roll out.

Fortunately we are not partaking within the "Wacky Carbon/Co2 Races" we are here to stop them. Why do anything at all? For and on behalf of the irresponsible and failed Stewardship via the previous generation, perhaps even the current but most certainly not the up and coming generations. They seem to be more informed via open, honest, frank and transparent but most of all authentic social media. Perhaps the seeds that haven't yet been sown may not have any luxuries in environmental terms? If we do not react, take action and change our forefathers and fathers habits of a lifetime! Which they sadly neglected!

This is not some sort of gung ho theme via a Machiavellian Brand that does not do what it say's on the tin, or above the Head Office Door as you enter the Lions Den not signify its emblem nor fails to uphold our Ethical Mission Statement and or memorandum or article of association. "Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy" but as we know all too well ulterior motives and hidden agendas is the basis of making the simple complicated is commonplace, but we can make the complicated ever so simple, awesomely simple, and educate the entire World, that's creative.

Documentary "The Spirit of Business & The Values of Principles"

Through to humongous calamities by bureaucrats, politicians via continual errors in judgment, detrimental to our wealth and well-being. Plus business and planning processes and the inconsistencies via a multitude of planning and business applications that have no consistent logic or coherent pattern? Scholars and Academics, Historians, Physicists, Psychiatrists through to various Professionals from different specialist areas and fields and Business People, plus ordinary folk will be involved in the process and partake via interviews. Wishing to contribute towards making a meaningful difference, evoking, plus proving significant change for the better of us all.

Therefore I have formed a Co-operative/Consortium like motive operandi applying inherent value and intrinsic value towards it current pledgeholders, future shareholders and anticipated investors. Beyond the mere principle value of itself and Co-operative/Consortium Partners, who share the same values and principles towards executing, performing and delivering overwhelming and unconditional current pledgeholders value, future shareholders and anticipated investors value and returns, beyond mere monetary values and principles but more importantly Ecological and Environmental dividends and returns. Towards making a substantial and prolific difference, through evoking, plus provoking necessary change in attitude, behaviour, culture towards the ecology, environment and the built environment.
