"He who fails to plan is planning to fail." ~ Winston Churchill Ecologically and environmentally, plus economically the current built environment is failing to deliver on so many levels. Lower classes via social housing shortfalls, endless waiting lists nationally, let alone the perverse 'Bedroom Tax' the under resourced charity Shelter will be stretched to their limits. Middle classes are not immune either via hugely inflated and unrealistic prices for abodes not being sustainable within the context of being affordable to maintain from an energy perspective, now or in the future. I'm certainly no academically qualified economist but that being said these are my national observation of the Western Worlds Built Environment. "If our abodes are affordable and our energy bills were cheaper we would therefore have more disposable income for the little luxuries in life we can no longer afford." Let alone the now escalating food costs people have to sadly suffer and bear the brunt of globally. Holding onto the reins restraint and control, plus regulation in this sector has been void and pretty much none existent via politicians, bankers and business leaders who should have really anticipated this cliff. However that being said there were allot of lemmings who were gladly lead to the edge of this cliff.

Be like the above inventive and ingenious Kiwi "Knowledge Innovation With Imagination" create a rope to help you over the cliffs edge, nail the roots of your foundations as the Kiwi did. Fundamentally those roots planted and nailed in by us all helps to make us all glide or create our own thermal current and fly to a better more fulfilling destination. Don't follow the zombie crowd or rather the lemmings to the cliffs edge and or be a sheep stuck in a pen. QU & ARK gives you wings unlike a short burst from an energy drink we intend to stimulate and open your mind via natural means and affects broadening all our collective sustainable horizons. It's you that ultimately needs the super human stamina and unwavering conviction, plus ethic to create necessary change and vital difference. Back to simple basics perhaps? Remember there is and are always extremely simple solution for an overly complex problem! Just take a step back consider, ponder and contemplate the alternatives to the problems that are faced by us all globally. Own, design, create, engineer, produce and manufacture better and superior ideas, concepts and visions. You'll be overwhelmed how much of a talented futurist exists within us all.

If anybody deserves a medal for environmental change and human resilience

Been doing exactly what I say on the tin since time immemorial thanks friends QU&ARKer's for being my billboard. Cooperation and collaboration via far flung corners of the world but that would be expected as many countries are blank canvasses and have very little to loose but everything to gain. However if only the gains and benefits, plus future longevity here in Britain and our Kingdom were measured by other barometers, gauges, instruments and methods we'd be Greater and more United again. i.e. Eco-Socially Responsible Corporate, Institutional and Governmental Behaviour for the greater good and benefit of all, as opposed to a few.

Documentary "The Spirit of Business & The Values of Principles"

Aim to be Michael Moore of Scotland, not mythological, true to myself, and my beliefs for a very successful and progressive Scotland via unique innovation, ideas, concepts and visions, that will continue sustainable lasting and meaningful legacies for Scotland! Through macro and micro initiative and "Method of Operating" being ignored or traceable, organic locally sourced incentives being wasted. We will be exploring Banking, Finance irregularities, and catastrophic failures, plus continual self centred preservation monopolies. Through to humongous calamities by bureaucrats, politicians via continual errors in judgment, detrimental to our wealth and well-being. Plus business and planning processes and the inconsistencies via a multitude of planning and business applications that have no consistent logic or coherent pattern? Scholars and Academics, Historians, Physicists, Psychiatrists through to various Professionals from different specialist areas and fields and Business People, plus ordinary folk will be involved in the process and partake via interviews. Wishing to contribute towards making a meaningful difference, evoking, plus proving significant change for the better of us all.

Thinking out of the box

Therefore I have formed a Co-operative/Consortium like motive operandi applying inherent value and intrinsic value towards it current pledgeholders, future shareholders and anticipated investors. Beyond the mere principle value of itself and Co-operative/Consortium Partners, who share the same values and principles towards executing, performing and delivering overwhelming and unconditional current pledgeholders value, future shareholders and anticipated investors value and returns, beyond mere monetary values and principles but more importantly Ecological and Environmental dividends and returns. Towards making a substantial and prolific difference, through evoking, plus provoking necessary change in attitude, behaviour, culture towards the ecology, environment and the built environment.
